The cleanliness is impeccable. The front desk staff is very helpful. Good quiet location.

The room was clean. The person who served us at the front desk never told us about the breakfast and we never saw the breakfast either. The location was good.

We came up for megacon and this hotel is located very close to the convention center. It's actually walking distance if you want to 2. The bed in the suites was extremely comfortable. We stayed last year and your other extended stay in the front and also enjoyed it.

Phylicia was great! She was so friendly and caring. Everyone who walked in said hello to her and goodbye as they left.. you can tell she really cares about people

Clean, quiet, great staff, fast check in/out. Plenty of parking.

Laundry facilities were clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Romel the manager was constantly available and very helpful. The ladies at the desk were always happy to help no matter what time it was.
